Ann has spent her life’s work passionately engaged in activities that promote quality of life. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics from Hampton University she enjoyed a long career teaching high school students how to cultivate a better life. The love of lifelong learning and imparting knowledge led her to the University of Georgia where she earned a Master’s Degree in Housing, Home Management and Consumer Economics. Recognizing the correlation between housing choice and quality of life propelled Ann into real estate. That is where her passion flourished and she realized what she was put on this earth to do. Choice One Real Estate Group was birthed out of Ann’s sincere desire to help people make the right housing choice that will enable their family to grow and flourish. That starts with making the right choice in the selection of a realtor.
Ann is a realtor who is committed to providing exceptional service. She has received the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, Senior’s Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, New Homes Specialist certification and Housing Counselor certification. She has the privilege of serving as Director of the Housing and Real Estate Support Ministry at her church where she is actively engaged in helping people to acquire, retain and maintain housing. Ann is the founder of Foundations Empowerment, Inc. a 501C3 non-profit organization which focuses on pathways to home ownership. Ann is a native of Philadelphia but has called Atlanta home for the past 30 years. She is a wife, a mother and the proud grandmother of six beautiful children.

Ken has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. His knowledge of the home construction industry was formulated at an early age as he assisted his father in home construction and renovations throughout the Atlanta area. This knowledge has proven invaluable when assisting clients during the building process, starting with site selection through the final walk through. His personal conviction to treat people fairly and to provide the best representation for his clients sets him apart. Throughout his professional career Ken has served as a teacher, advisor and mentor. His goal is to educate his clients believing that an educated consumer will make the best possible decisions regarding their housing needs. Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of West Georgia.
Donna Phipps

Donna graduated from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga earning a degree in business. After graduating from college, she moved to Atlanta where she has resided for over 35 years. Donna started her career in residential real estate, selling homes all over the metro Atlanta Area. She later moved to south Atlanta and decided to make Fairburn her home. Donna specializes in marketing homes and assisting buyers in the southwest corridor. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion. Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her most. Donna has a consistent, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and the continually changing inventory of houses. She is skilled in contract negotiation and helping her clients get an exceptional value in a home. In her free time, Donna enjoys buying and renovating historic homes and gardening.
